Through our Agile Brand Incubator program, we offer flexible low MOQs starting at 500 pcs per style/colorway for emerging brands and corporate projects. For large-scale retail programs, our standard bulk production in Bangladesh starts at 1,000–3,000 pcs with substantial cost advantages.
Q2: How does your Dual-Country (China & Bangladesh) manufacturing model work?
We operate two wholly-owned or dedicated production hubs: (1) Quanzhou Hetaixing Bags in China (est. 1996, 45,000 ㎡, 800+ workers) acts as our R&D, rapid prototyping (7-10 day turnaround), and high-intricacy craftsmanship center; (2) R&C Co. in Chattogram CEPZ, Bangladesh (est. 2002, 10,000 ㎡, 1,000+ workers) delivers cost-effective mass volume with GSP duty-free export benefits to the EU, UK, Canada, and Japan. Clients communicate seamlessly with our bilingual engineering team in China while reaping Bangladesh cost efficiencies.
Q3: What is your sample turnaround time and bulk delivery lead time?
Standard sample development takes 7–10 business days upon confirmation of tech pack and fabric availability (custom hardware mold opening may take 12–15 days). Bulk production lead time is 30–45 days for China manufacturing and 45–60 days for Bangladesh mass production.
Q4: What social compliance and quality audit certifications do you hold?
Our facilities have passed rigorous global retail audits including amfori BSCI, SMETA (Sedex 4-Pillar), Samsonite Certified Global Supplier, Wenger Certified Supplier, GSV (Global Security Verification / C-TPAT), GRS 4.0 (Global Recycled Standard), Disney FAMA, and Walmart ethical audits.
Q5: Can you manufacture eco-friendly bags with GRS certified recycled materials?
Yes. We are GRS 4.0 certified and regularly produce bags using 100% post-consumer recycled rPET fabrics (from recycled plastic water bottles), OEKO-TEX standard 100 certified linings, organic cotton canvas, and recycled nylon, accompanied by official Transaction Certificates (TC).
Q6: What are the 32 physical testing checkpoints in your quality lab?
Every production lot is subjected to comprehensive in-house testing: zipper reciprocating fatigue (10,000 cycles), handle dynamic jerk test (up to 30kg drop shock load), seam tensile burst resistance, fabric hydrostatic water-resistance (1,000mm–10,000mm), Martindale abrasion, color fastness to crocking and perspiration, and 100% in-line dual-head X-ray needle detection.
Q7: What customization options are available for OEM / private label branding?
We provide complete bespoke customization: custom woven labels, high-density 3D silicone/rubber badges, metal logo emblems, embroidered patches, laser-etched zipper pullers, heat-transfer reflective prints, custom jacquard webbing straps, branded inner lining prints, and FSC-certified retail hangtags and packaging.
Q8: How do you handle duty-free shipping from Bangladesh?
Under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) and regional trade agreements, bags manufactured at our Bangladesh CEPZ facility enter the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, and Australia duty-free or under highly preferential tariff rates, resulting in direct 10%–20% customs duty savings compared to sourcing from traditional territories.
Q9: What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard export payment term is T/T 30% deposit upon order confirmation, and the 70% balance payable against presentation of clean Bill of Lading (B/L) copy or Irrevocable L/C at sight from top-tier international banks.
Q10: Do you offer a quality guarantee or warranty on delivered bags?
Yes. We provide an industry-leading 5-year warranty against any defects in materials and craftsmanship. Every shipment is backed by pre-shipment AQL 2.5 / 4.0 inspection reports and full liability coverage.
